Corporate Finance : Liaise with banks & financial institutions for the sanction and renewal of working capital limits and long term loan execution of loan documents. Knowledge in letter of credit (LC) & bank guarantee (BG).Finance MIS report. Coordinate with the credit ration agencies . Investor - Manage Investor meeting, earnings calls, roadshows, and participation in investor conferences.
