OVERVIEW:The position of the Artificial Intelligence Payment Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all payment processing related tasks of Artificial Intelligence projects.DESCRIPTION:- Work with payment support team on daily task related to processing payments of the participants across the different locations. - Coordinate all the administrative tasks related to the AI Projects - Will be responsible for all communication (email and calls) with different team members and stakeholders - Will be responsible for providing timely updates to the PM/Account managers and Account Payables teams - Do timely follow-up with Account team to release pending payments for the participants from different locations. - Monitor and control payment requests statuses, troubleshooting payment issues and collecting missing information, - Comply with relevant and applicable procedures - All other tasks as assigned by a managerREQUIRED SKILLS:- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Detail orientation with the ability to multitask - Ability to meet deadlines - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills - Independence in carrying out assigned tasks - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Highly developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows) - Understanding of payment cycles, account payables and basic accounting proceduresREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:- Fresher with no experience can apply - University Degree.
