Position: Manager - Spares Sales Location: All Over India Experience: 10+ yearsRole and Responsibilities: Conduct regular visits to customer sites to promote products and build relationships. Engage with both technical and commercial teams of customers to understand and address their requirements. Generate qualified enquirers and effectively convert them into orders. Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in the assigned territory. Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence. Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their business needs. Present accurate sales forecasts, revenue and expense reports to the management. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Oversee and support coordination between back-office teams and customers to ensure efficient communication and order processing. Establish productive, professional relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations. Launch and manage new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture targeted customer segments. Provide timely daily sales reports and communicate Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback to leadership. Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to drive overall business growth.Qualifications and Education Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree inTextile or Electrical Engineering . Must have12–18 yearsof overall experience inTextile Machine Spares/Parts Sales .Preferred Skills: Proven experience insales, marketing, and customer handling . In-depth knowledge of theSpinning and Weaving industry . Strongdata analysis and presentationskills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities. Passionate about travel with the ability to manage frequent business trips. Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and achievement.
