Ltd. is seeking a highly capable and experiencedZonal Manager – Projectsto lead and oversee multiple government infrastructure projects within the Odisha region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery through coordination with Project Managers, ensuring compliance with government norms, and maintaining strong engagement with public sector clients.Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution and completion of all government infrastructure projects under the Bhubaneswar zone. Supervise and coordinate with Project Managers to ensure timely and quality delivery of project milestones. Maintain effective client management with government departments and agencies, ensuring contract compliance. Oversee zone-level resource planning, execution tracking, risk mitigation, and progress reporting. Ensure safety, quality, and statutory guidelines are strictly followed across all project sites. Indirectly manage vendor and supplier operations by guiding and monitoring through Project Managers. Conduct regular site visits, resolve escalated issues, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets. Prepare and present zone-level progress reports, updates, and dashboards to senior management. Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, design, accounts, etc.) to ensure smooth execution flow.Key Skills & Competencies: Deep understanding of EPC government project lifecycle and compliance requirements Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills Excellent team coordination and multitasking ability across multiple sites
