FBL also offers niche APIs, enzymes for antibiotic synthesis, and environmental solutions for wastewater management.Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Procurement to manage procurement activities for our wastewater treatment projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining cost-efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, logistics, and project teams to ensure procurement aligns with technical requirements, timelines, and compliance standards.Roles & Responsibilities:- Preparation of purchase requisition in SAP. - Preparation of purchase order in SAP. - Follow up with vendor for earliest delivery of items for project purchase - Coordination with internal department for smooth delivery of project items. - Support to project team/supply chain team for logistic arrangements by visiting warehouse and verification of items at the warehouse. - Verification of Vehicle arrangement for transportation purpose and visit to respective vendors for follow up for project purchase and direct dispatch to the customer site. - Verification of Invoice booking in the system for received material in warehouse and follow up with account for payment. - First and second level negotiation for project items and managing smooth delivery to warehouse.Qualification & Skill Requirements:- B. Com/ B.E or equivalent degree and having experience in project purchase. - 8+ years’ experience in project purchase. - Background of wastewater treatment projects required - Must have experience in working on SAP SD & MM Module. - Must have strong communication skills. - Good Knowledge of GST
