Job Description

Develop and implement effective account-wise strategies to manage clients specifically in thesmart cards, banking cards, or secure identity card segments . Identify and acquire new business opportunities within thecard manufacturing and personalization ecosystem , focusing on prepaid, debit/credit cards, ID cards, and similar products. Drive retention and growth from existing key accounts through continuous engagement and by introducing innovative card solutions and enhancements. Act as the central interface between the customer and internal teams (production, quality, logistics, R&D) to ensure seamless execution of card manufacturing projects. Ensure achievement of business targets including collections, while maintaining zero NPA and bad debt metrics. Resolve account-level conflicts professionally and in a time-bound manner, particularly in high-value, security-sensitive card programs. Maintain up-to-date sales forecasts and account intelligence, with a strong understanding oftrends in EMV, contactless, dual-interface cards, and personalization technologies . Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts and ensure operational excellence in card production, packaging, and delivery. Drive structured negotiations and ensure timely resolution of complaints in line withcard industry standards and SLAs . Coordinate with the costing department to prepare competitive quotations for large-scale or high-security card manufacturing projects. Engage in rate negotiations with clients while aligning with internal policy and commercial approvals. Ensure timely follow-up on proposals, approvals, and client feedback to secure and grow long-term business relationships.
