We’re seeking a highly motivated and experiencedSenior Fashion Consultant & Stylistto join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for fashion, an exceptional sense of style, and a proven ability to provide personalized styling advice to our discerning clientele. You will play a key role in creating a luxurious and memorable experience for our customers, helping them discover their perfect looks for special occasions and bridal wear.Key Responsibilities -Client Consultation:Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their style preferences, body type, and occasion requirements. -Styling Expertise:Provide expert advice on outfit selection, color palettes, fabrics, and accessories, creating complete and cohesive looks. -Product Knowledge:Possess a thorough understanding of Eeksha Couture's collections, including bridal wear, occasion wear, and accessories. -Personalized Service:Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport and ensuring a personalized and luxurious experience for each client. -Trend Awareness:Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into styling recommendations. -Collaboration:Work closely with and lead the design and production teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless execution of styling requests. -Brand Ambassador:Represent Eeksha Couture with professionalism and style, embodying the brand's values and aesthetic.Qualifications/Skills Required 2+ years of proven experience as a Fashion Consultant or Stylist, preferably in the luxury fashion industry. Strong understanding of fashion trends, styles, and designers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. Exceptional sense of style and a keen eye for detail. Strong sales and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in styling software or tools is a plus.PLEASE NOTE: There will be multiple rounds of interviews. Round 1 will be conducted online. However, round 2 mandatorily requires your physical presence in KOLKATA. Failure to appear for the offline round will result in automatic disqualification from the hiring process.
