Prior Home Furnishing Experience preferred.The Textile Designer will be responsible for tasks such as textile print design, woven design, mockup,embroidery , textiles, and graphic design to create unique and appealing textile products for our collections. Coordination with external buyers and team members will be a part of the job.Key Responsibilities Research and identify current trends, colors, and materials in home textiles. Create original designs, prints, patterns, and colorways for products such as bed linens, cushions, curtains, throws, and towels. Develop mood boards, concept presentations, and trend reports. Translate design concepts into production-ready artwork using CAD software. Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and marketing teams to bring products from concept to market. Work closely with vendors and mills to ensure design feasibility and quality execution. Maintain and organize design archives and digital libraries. Participate in design reviews, fittings, and product evaluation. Monitor and ensure compliance with sustainability and quality standards.Preferred skills Textile Print working knowledge Experience in working with various home textiles Strong attention to detail and creativity Ability to work collaboratively and independently Excellent communication and organizational skills Degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, or related field Graphics and Graphic Design skills is a plus Coreldraw, Photoshop and other softwares a plus. Pantone knowledge a plus.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Interior Design, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in home textile design or related industry. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), NedGraphics, or other textile-specific CAD tools. Strong knowledge of textile construction, printing techniques, and fabric finishes. Excellent drawing, illustration, and color skills (hand and digital). Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
