Job Overview of Regional Trainer: - TheRegional Training Manager (RTM)is responsible for overseeing training programs across the region, including induction, refresher, and compliance training for staff. The RTM ensures that new hires receive timely training and existing staff stay updated on key policies and procedures. The role involves assessing staff performance, identifying training needs, and delivering targeted sessions to improve skills and compliance. Regular branch visits and field assessments are conducted to monitor progress and provide on-the-spot coaching. The RTM also manages training resources, evaluates training effectiveness, and coordinates with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.Job Description – Regional Training Manager (RTM) Manage induction trainingfor newly joined TCMs & PCM-CTs, ensuring completion within 3 months of joining as per the prescribed guidelines. Coordinate induction trainingwith ZTM, HRD, ROE, and other stakeholders, including sending notifications, preparing training plans, and ensuring all required records are maintained. Conduct refresher trainingfor PCM, CM, SCM, ABM, BM, and SBM staff at least twice a year, covering compliance, processes, and new guidelines. Ensure staff are well-versedin RBI compliance, loan documentation, client protection, core values of CASHPOR, and key policies (POSH, Gender Equality, etc.). Assess staff performanceby evaluating loan proposals (disbursed/undisbursed), providing on-the-spot training, and addressing skill gaps through targeted sessions. Measure the impactof training using pre- and post-tests, feedback forms, and field visits, ensuring continuous learning and improvement. Develop training contenton various topics and share it with Circle Heads for review, ensuring relevance and quality. Monitor branch performancethrough CCCR reports, identify low-performing branches, and design training plans to improve portfolio quality and productivity. Visit a minimum of 8 branches per month , assess proposals, conduct training, and maintain training records such as attendance and feedback. Maintain training equipment and logistics , ensuring the proper functioning of training centers and timely availability of necessary materials. Evaluate and report training expensesagainst budget, submitting monthly reports to ZTM, Circle Heads, and HOD. Regularly communicatewith Zonal Trainer, RM/DRM, and other concerned departments to report progress and share training updates. Submit monthly and quarterly training plans, achievement reports, and on-the-job training reports(branch visits, pre/post tests, feedback, etc.).Required Qualifications: Educational Qualification : Any graduate (MBA preferred). Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in a training role withinNBFC-MFIorBankingsector.
