If you’re an HR leader who excels at aligning people strategies with business outcomes, nurturing talent, and driving organizational transformation, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership & Business Partnership- Act as a trusted HR business partner to senior leadership, providing counsel on workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational growth. - Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive People & Culture strategy that aligns with Birdeye’s APAC business goals. - Spearhead HR transformation and change management initiatives to support Birdeye’s expansion and scalability across the APAC region. - Collaborate with global HR teams (US, UK, Australia) to ensure alignment on DEI, employee engagement, and HR policies.Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning & Leadership Development- Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates in high-demand roles, including engineering, product, data science, and AI. - Develop a scalable, data-driven workforce planning model that ensures alignment with business growth objectives. - Oversee succession planning and leadership development programs, identifying and nurturing high-potential talent. - Enhance Birdeye’s employer brand through social media, industry events, and strategic partnerships to attract world-class talent.Culture, Employee Engagement & Retention- Cultivate a high-performance, people-first culture that reflects Birdeye’s mission and core values. - Design and execute employee engagement programs that drive collaboration, motivation, and a sense of belonging. - Lead efforts to continuously measure employee satisfaction through pulse surveys, stay interviews, and feedback loops. - Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.HR Operations, Compliance & Total Rewards- Ensure full compliance with APAC labor laws and employment regulations, minimizing risk while ensuring a positive workplace culture. - Lead the design and execution of compensation structures, benefits programs, and HR policies to attract and retain top talent. - Optimize HR operations by leveraging HRIS tools, automation, and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making. - Partner with Finance and Legal teams to align HR policies with business needs and ensure seamless global integration.Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness- Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth adaptation to evolving business needs and new challenges. - Provide leadership in mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring efforts, ensuring minimal disruption to people and operations. - Develop and execute strategies to scale Birdeye’s APAC workforce, ensuring talent management supports business expansion.Attributes & CompetenciesEducational Background- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.HR Leadership Experience- A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Proven ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals and drive organizational success.Global HR Expertise- Extensive experience in multinational, tech-driven environments, with a track record of navigating complex, multi-country HR landscapes.Regulatory & Compliance Mastery- Strong knowledge of APAC labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices, ensuring full compliance while promoting a positive organizational culture.Leadership & Influence- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels. - Proven ability to drive change and shape the leadership philosophy of an organization.Talent & Workforce Strategy- Expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development. - Ability to align talent strategies with business growth, ensuring the right capabilities are in place to drive success.Data-Driven Decision-Making- Strong analytical skills and experience using HR metrics, analytics, and insights to make evidence-based decisions.HR Technology Proficiency- Hands-on experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR technology platforms, leveraging tools for process optimization and data-driven insights.Problem-Solving & Innovation- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to solve complex HR challenges and implement innovative strategies to enhance employee experience.Adaptability & Agility- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, high-change environment, embracing agility and flexibility to meet evolving business needs.
