We specialize in delivering innovative, high-quality micro-irrigation solutions, helping farmers increase productivity and conserve water resources.Role DescriptionThe Sales Head – Gujarat will be responsible for leading and managing all sales operations in the Gujarat region. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, developing distribution networks, fostering relationships with dealers and farmers, and ensuring alignment with company goals. This is a strategic and execution-focused role that requires deep market understanding and strong leadership.Roles & Responsibilities- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets in Gujarat. - Lead and mentor the regional sales team, ensuring high performance and goal alignment. - Build and expand a strong dealer and distributor network across the region. - Drive sales of Drip irrigation systems, and related products. - Develop marketing and outreach programs tailored to regional agricultural needs. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate product demonstrations and after-sales support. - Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine strategies. - Prepare monthly sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including large farmers, government bodies, and agri-input partners. - Ensure compliance with commercial and regulatory requirements. - Conduct regular field visits to assess market potential and customer feedback.Qualifications- Proven track record (5–12 years) in agri-inputs or irrigation product sales, preferably in Gujarat. - Experience managing large sales teams and dealer networks. - In-depth knowledge of irrigation systems and agricultural practices in Gujarat. - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Self-driven, strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities. - Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is preferred. - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or Engineering.
