Role DescriptionI. Study Group & Standardization Support[( Pl. clickatStudy Group Services & Solutions (SGSS)for understanding the activities under the Study Group]1. Support as the Program Manager for TSDSI Study Groups (SGs) - SGSS (Study Group Services and Solutions), TP (Technical Plenary), and Working Groups (Security, Application Layer,and Services and Architecture) and oneM2M TP and its Working Groups (WGs) as and when required. 2. Closely working with SGSS Leaders and TSDSI members, SG/WG chairs and oneM2M Chair Secretariat team and Leadership of the oneM2M TP and its Working Groups. 3. Plan, coordinate, and track meetings, workshops, and conference calls (both in-person & virtual). 4. Prepare and maintain meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and reports. 5. Track and maintain document repositories, monitor reports and updates and manage the approval, issuance, and maintenance of standards and reports. 6. Ensure smooth workflow management for standardization activities, including NIPs (New Item Proposal), SWICs (Study Work Item Contribution), and transposition of oneM2M standards. 7.Encourage participation from new and existing members, fostering active engagement in standardization efforts.II. Liaison & Global SDO Coordination [Managing and supporting TSDSI IMs to oneM2M]: 1 . Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for oneM2M at TSDSI, responsible for: 1. Facilitating member participation, registration, and contributions to oneM2M meetings. 2. Disseminating updates about oneM2M activities to TSDSI members. 3. Tracking and coordinating liaison statements between TSDSI and oneM2M. 4. Monitoring and supporting the transposition of oneM2M specifications into TSDSI Standards. 5. Keeping track of various releases of the oneM2M standards and co-ordination of transposition of oneM2M specifications 6. Responses and tracking of Liaison statements to and from oneM2M for TSDSI inputs. 7. Supporting TSDSI’s global engagement initiatives, including ITU-T, oneM2M, and other SDO collaborations.III. Program management, Compliance and process Support 1. Organize and coordinate study group and working group activities within TSDSI. 2. Support Advisor on initiatives to enhance Global SDO Participation 3. Support MARCOM on hosting /partnering events with oneM2M. 4. Manage communication channels, portals, and repositories for oneM2M and TSDSI. 5. Coordinate with the IT support team to ensure website functionality for study groups and working groups.Qualifications & Experience B.Tech (CS / IT/ECE) / MCA and related fields Experience (2-5 yrs) in Telecommunications or Standards Development is a plus Knowledge of Telecom/ICT products and services Understanding of global standards, organizations and processes Proficiency in data analysis and reporting Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a collaborative team environmentRemuneration:₹ 6-8 LPA, depending upon experience and qualifications Hiring need:Required on an urgent basis.
