The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood development and skilled in delivering activity-based, child-centric instruction that aligns with the CBSE early learning framework.Key Responsibilities •Learning Environment:Build a nurturing, secure, and engaging classroom atmosphere for children aged 3–6 years. •Child-Centered Teaching:Deliver lessons using interactive activities, play-based learning, storytelling, phonics, art, and music. •Progress Tracking:Observe, assess, and document developmental milestones and learning progress. •Classroom Culture:Establish routines, reinforce positive behavior, and create a happy and disciplined environment. •Parent Partnership:Maintain open communication with parents to share feedback, learning updates, and address developmental needs. •Professional Growth:Take part in ongoing training, peer collaboration, and curriculum enhancement discussions.Qualification Requirements •Any recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree •Preferred:Candidates with aDiploma / Certification / Training in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or Pre-Primary Educationfrom a reputed institution • Strong verbal and written communication inEnglish • A natural affinity for working with children, along with creativity, patience, and emotional intelligence • Familiarity withphonics instruction ,sensory learning , andchild-friendly digital toolsis desirableExperience Bands •Founder Level:1–3 years of classroom experience in early childhood education.
