Job Description

Sales and Business Development: Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential corporate clients to lease vacant office space, promote meeting spaces, and events. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate accounts to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty. Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth. Networking: Represent the SOE at relevant conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads. Sales Process and Negotiation: Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with corporate clients. Upselling: Promote premium services and additional amenities to increase revenue per booking. Collaboration and Coordination: Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with operations, catering, and reservations teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements. Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to improve services and address any concerns promptly. Reporting and Administration: Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback for management. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities to be presented to management at monthly reviews. Key Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales within the hospitality or hotel industry, with a focus on corporate sales. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge: Understanding of corporate leasing, event needs and hotel operations.
