Ltd. is seeking adynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Business Developmentto lead and expand our presence in Gujarat. The role demands expertise inPEB, Fire Fighting, Steel Fabrication, and related industries , with a strong focus onmarket expansion, lead generation, and client relationship management . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in these sectors and the ability tostrategically drive business growth in the Gujarat market .Key Responsibilities:Market Research & Strategy Development: Conduct in-depth market research to identifyemerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities . Develop and implementstrategic marketing planstoexpand market share and enhance brand positioning . Stay updated with industry developments infire protection systems, steel fabrication, and PEB sectors . Lead Generation & Business Development: Develop and execute strategies forgenerating qualified leads and securing new business . Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, includingnetworking, digital outreach, and industry events . Collaborate with internal teams to driveproduct development and market-responsive innovations . Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintainstrong, long-term relationshipswith key clients to driverepeat business and referrals . Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, ensuringhigh satisfaction and engagement . Handlekey accountsand develop strategies togrow client portfolios .Qualifications & Requirements:✅Education: Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field(MBA preferred). ✅Experience: Minimum5+ years of experienceinsales and business developmentwithin thePEB, Fire Fighting, Steel Fabrication, Steel Pipes Manufacturing, or Fire Fighting Product Manufacturingindustries. ✅Skills: Strongcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills . Expertise inmarket research, lead generation, and CRM tools . Ability todevelop and implement data-driven business strategies . Strongproblem-solving and decision-making skills . Ability to workindependently and collaboratively . ✅Other Requirements: Willingness to travelextensively across Gujarat.
