Position Summary: TransPerfect is looking to grow our in-house recruiting team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, testing, and hiring applicants for internal positions.Work Location : Pune Work Schedule : Full-time Engagement Model : Employment, permanent Start Date : ImmediatePosition responsibilities : Actively work with hiring managers to understand current hiring needs Develop creative methods of advertising positions in order to find the most appropriate candidates Plan and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent Headhunt and actively recruit experienced candidates for various positions Oversee full recruitment life-cycle including screening CVs, sourcing, interviewing, testing, negotiating offers and onboarding Conduct in person interviews when required Generate offer confirmation emails and employment contracts Manage the interview process to ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers Advise managers on best hiring and interviewing practices Develop relationships with universities and other external partners Implement and improve recruitment policies and procedures Take on special recruitment projects as needed Complete administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding processes Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisorEssential skills and experience required : Previous experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition roles Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders from all levels of the organization Effective time management and organisational skills Experience working in a multinational/multicultural virtual working environment Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and ambitious goals Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills Established competency in the use of business applications tools, including but not limited to the Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)TransPerfect helps organizations navigate the global marketplace.
