As aGrowth Analyst , you’ll have direct exposure toCXOs of leading brands , influencing high-impact business decisions. Role Overview: We are seeking aGrowth Analystto help our customersmaximize profitabilitythroughrevenue growth strategies and cost optimization . This role requires astrong analytical mindset , experience ine-commerce performance metrics , and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Work with Business stakeholders closely to drive Revenue Growth & Optimization - Analysecustomer behaviour, pricing models, and conversion funnelsto uncoverrevenue opportunities . Optimizepricing, bundling, and upsell strategiesto increaseAverage Order Value (AOV)andCustomer Lifetime Value (LTV) . Identify and implementretention strategiesto reduce churn and improve repeat purchase rates. Work with marketing teams to measure and improveReturn on Ad Spend (ROAS) . Cost Optimization & Profitability Identify inefficiencies in fulfilment, logistics, andCustomer Acquisition Cost (CAC)to improve margins. Analyse supply chain and inventory data to minimize holding costs and optimize cash flow. Develop profitability forecasting models and scenario analyses to guidefinancial decision-making . Data-Driven Insights & Execution Build and maintainautomated dashboardsand self-serve analytics tools. ConductA/B testingon growth initiatives to measure impact and refine strategies. Present key findings toCXOs and senior stakeholders , driving execution on high-impact recommendations. Key Metrics for Success Revenue Uplift(% increase in sales via pricing, retention, or AOV improvements). Profitability Growth(improvements inGross MarginorEBITDA ). Marketing Efficiency(betterROAS , improvedCAC/LTV ratio ). Cost Savings(reduction in fulfilment, inventory, or ad spend inefficiencies). Who You Are 3-5+ yearsexperience ingrowth analytics, e-commerce analytics, or D2C consulting roles . Strong proficiency in data analysis, ability to translatecomplex dataintoclear, actionable business insights . Deep understanding ofe-commerce KPIs(LTV, CAC, ROAS, Contribution Margins, etc.). Understanding ofA/B testing, attribution modelling, and pricing analytics . Understanding ofSQLandBI tools Experience working cross-functionally withmarketing, product, and finance teams . Nice to Have Knowledge ofShopify, Amazon Seller Central, or performance marketing tools . Exposure tomachine learning models for forecasting or personalization . Why Join Us?
