We are on the hunt for legal transcriptionists aka word processing operators.ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities of the role involve typing legal documents from audio files dictated by lawyers of our law firm clients.The documents to be typed include letters, file notes, and editing an existing document in the client’s practice management system.Finalised documents need to be uploaded in the client’s practice management system.Documents prepared need to be formatted in the client’s style guide in MS Word.SkillsCore skills for the role involve a fast typing speed ( north of at least 65 words per minute ) net of errors.Experience in legal or medical transcription processes while not essential is useful.This role can be performed by anyone who has a fast typing speed, can listen to audio files and maintain typing speed and good excellent skills in MS Word.Your core degree can be from business, commerce, IT, Arts or any other stream.If you have the ability to type fast, can listen and decipher audios listening to Australian or UK accents then we encourage you to apply.Fresh graduates with good typing and listening skills are also encouraged to apply.
