This team offers strong career growth potential across the Client Delight organization.You will:- Provide real-time platform support and execute configuration changes based on customer requests. - Align platform configurations with Sprinklr best practices and specific client requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Engineering, and Support) to resolve complex issues and contribute feedback for product enhancements. - Create and maintain detailed documentation including knowledge base articles and FAQs. - Analyze support operations, identify process improvement areas, and drive efficiency. - Deploy and manage Tactical Use Cases (TUCs) on the platform. - Support Project Managers by helping define high-level requirements and contribute to business case creation.What Makes You Qualified- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Communications, or related field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Good understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms and revenue models. - Hands-on experience with MongoDB is a strong plus. - Prior experience in client-facing roles is required. - Fast learner who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Project Management experience is a plus.Why You'll Love SprinklrAt Sprinklr, we’re passionate about creating an environment where our employees feel a sense of belonging and purpose.
