With plans to expand our clinic network across the country, we are looking for a strategic leader to manage current operations and shape our future growth.Job Summary One32 Dental Care is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our leadership team as we expand our footprint in Pune’s dental care industry. With three established dental clinics, we are focused on delivering exceptional patient care, digitalizing operations, and growing our network. The Management Trainee will oversee all strategic, financial, and operational aspects of the business, acting as a strategic partner to our two founders . This role is akin to a co-founder, requiring a visionary leader to drive operational excellence, ensure high-quality patient experiences, and spearhead expansion initiatives.Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with founders to create and execute strategic plans for expanding the clinic network in Pune and identify opportunities for growth. Oversee daily operations of three dental clinics, ensuring efficiency, high standards of patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with on-ground staff and doctors to maintain high service standards. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion and ROI , develop marketing strategies, and analyze performance to drive continuous improvement. Foster strong relationships and alignment among vendors, doctors, and founders to ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and execution across all clinics.Requirements Must have a Master's in Business (MBA or equivalent) from Tier 1 institutes Huge plus if healthcare background Huge plus if can speak in Marathi
