Position Technical Project Lead Experience 10 to 15 years Location Pune /Ludhiana/Remote Budget up to 25 lacsKey Responsibilities & Requirements:• Hands-on experience in enterprise Web Applications with Microsoft Technologies, ensuring the development of scalable and robust applications. • Lead cross-functional teams (developers, testers, designers, DevOps) to align technical efforts with business objectives. • Mentor & guide team members by providing technical insights and project-related support. • Manage resources & workload balancing to optimize team productivity and efficiency. • Ensure best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and software delivery for streamlined deployment and maintenance. • Foster a collaborative & high-performance work environment, encouraging innovation and problem-solving. • Strong proficiency in C#, , Web API, JavaScript, React.JS, .NET Core, HTML5, jQuery, Bootstrap, JSON, REST, CSS to design and implement responsive and high-performing applications. • Expertise in Entity Framework, OData, ORM tools, and SQL Server (2012+) for efficient data access and management. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and Unit Testing to ensure structured and efficient project execution. • Experience with Azure (App Services, Azure functions, DevOps, Web Jobs) and cloud-based infrastructure for enhanced performance and security. • Strong understanding of Microservices architecture, ensuring modular and scalable application design. • Adheres to best coding practices & delivers optimal solutions that meet business and technical requirements.Other Requirements:• Self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and continuous learning. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. • Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating teams. • High ethical values and professional integrity, ensuring a strong work culture. • Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
