Roles & Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Engagement Identify and engage with potential startups and SMEs seeking capital. Understand client funding needs, including amount, pricing, security, and end use. Build trust-based, strategic relationships with clients; operate with a “co-founder mindset.” Deal Management Manage the entire deal lifecycle using internal frameworks (Spark, Swift, Scale). Collect and validate necessary client data for lender evaluation. Oversee engagement letters, and ensure all deal documents are accurate and compliant. Lender Coordination Present curated funding deals to appropriate lenders with clear value articulation. Coordinate efficiently with lender teams, resolving documentation or compliance issues swiftly. Portfolio Monitoring Monitor portfolio performance with a focus on Early Warning Signals (EWS) and Days Past Due (DPD). Maintain strong post-funding relationships to facilitate refinancing or upselling opportunities. Process Excellence Ensure clean deal execution through rigorous CRM (HubSpot) hygiene and documentation. Resolve client/lender queries, promote platform usage, and assist clients in lender selection. Invoicing & Realization Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure timely invoicing and collection of fees.
