About Position:We are looking for a motivated and customer centric Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation and handle follow-ups on Digital DIY inquires via email and phone. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date CRM records and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. To excel in this role, the Inside Sales Executive should be results-driven, persuasive, and committed to reaching targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service abilities are key to success.- Role: Senior Strategist – Inside Sales - Location: Bangalore/Pune - Experience: 6-15 Yrs. - Job Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:- Generating qualified meetings (Lead Generation) with relevant stakeholders responsible for ServiceNow, Salesforce, Appian, Outsystems, RPA platforms from the assigned list of accounts - To work closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Delivery team for creating & collating required content for prospect presentation - Need to understand customer needs and requirements – work with sales to take it to further sales cycle - Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure - Achieve quarterly & yearly ACV revenue booking targets - To bucketize the accounts & execute campaigns based on the Industry Verticals use cases on ServiceNow, Salesforce, Appian, Outsystems, RPA platforms. - Research relevant accounts based on the buying intend, identify key accounts, and generate interest by qualify as per BANT - Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned accounts & campaigns.Expertise You'll Bring:- To have an educational or professional background in the IT services industry. - Proven Inside Sales experience in selling IT services (Specialized selling ServiceNow, Salesforce, Appian, Outsystems, RPA platforms) in different Industry Verticals - Track record of over-achieving quarterly & yearly ACV booking targets OR intend and efforts to be made to achieve the quarterly and year ACV booking targets - Should be able to build conversation with dozens of prospects via Call, LinkedIn, email every day to get meetings - Experience working with or similar CRM (if there, can be added value) - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Strong Listening, Presentation & Analytical skills - Should be proactive and out of the box thinker and expected to bring in creative ideas for prospecting and generating new business.Benefits:- Competitive salary and benefits package - Culture focused on talent development with quarterly promotion cycles and company-sponsored higher education and certifications - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies - Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards - Annual health check-ups - Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parentsInclusive Environment:Persistent Ltd. is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
