Supervise all matters relating to curriculum and instruction in the University, including outreach and extension courses and scheduling; Participate in faculty and academic staff development activities; Participate in active and effective Program Advisory Committee; Assist in preparation and conduct of various inspections and accreditation events. Facilitate development and implementation of academic strategic planning; Evaluate faculty, assess classroom effectiveness and correct observed deficiencies. Coordinate periodic academic program review and work with HOIs in the review, study, and development of curriculum and in the improvement of instructionRequirementsPh.D. Degree (Mandatory). Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in capacity of an Associate Professor. Interest & abilities of managing an institution and quest for excellence are desired attributes for the role-holder. Experience in the domain of 1) Advertising/ PR/Branding, 2) Television Production and 3) Journalism and New Media 4) Production, Direction and Postproduction Experience of Studio Handling would be preferred Master’s Degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale) in Journalism and Mass Communication.
