As we step into the market, we are seeking a hands-onBrand Development & Growth Managerwho will act as the founder’s right hand in everything from launch, brand building, to day-to-day marketing execution. Objective of the Role: To independently lead, set up, and execute all brand development, launch activities, and initial growth hacks that can drive awareness, credibility, and first sales – while easing the founder’s operational burden. Key Responsibilities : 1. Pre-Launch & Launch Management Take complete ownership ofbrand launch plan , from website readiness, social media page setup, packaging finalization, to sampling programs. Planpre-launch teaser campaigns , email collection, influencer seedings, and buzz creation strategies. Liaison with dermatologists, product experts to createauthenticity-driven contenteven if they cannot appear in person. 2. Brand Story & Content Setup Build brand identity (logo, packaging communication, website copy) in collaboration with agency/freelancer partners. Draftclear brand communication pillars, USPs, tone of voice , ensuring the brand stands apart in the cluttered market. 3. Digital Marketing Setup & Execution Set upMeta Ads, Google Ads, influencer collaborations , and early CRM workflows. Test and managesmall-budget performance marketing experimentsto drive early traffic & sales. Set up basicemail flows, retargeting, abandoned cart recovery, and customer loyalty hooks . 4. Influencer, Dermat & PR Management Identify, onboard, and managenano, micro-influencers and dermat collaborators . CoordinatePR releases, blogger outreach, and media sampling programs . Createengagement activities (Q&A, skin quizzes, webinars)to build early community. 5. Consumer Feedback Loops Establishfirst 100 customer programs– feedback loops, testimonial collection, reviews, and referral programs. Coordinate directly with early customers to gather product reviews, address issues, and build loyalty. 7. Operational Marketing Management Coordinate with 3PL for packaging inserts, marketing collaterals, and smooth product fulfillment experience. Manageearly-stage offline sampling or clinic tie-upsif any. Handlevendor negotiationsfor PR, influencer campaigns, marketing spends, ensuring founder’s money is wisely spent.Ideal for Someone Who: Has3-6 years experience in D2C skincare, beauty startup marketingroles.
