Job Summary: We seek anEngineering Head – Sensorsto lead thedesign, development, and validationof cutting-edgeautomotive sensors . This role involvestechnology roadmap planning, product innovation, team leadership, and compliance adherence . The ideal candidate will have extremely strong expertise insensor physics as well as good exposure to embedded systems, AI-driven perception technologies, and automotive safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead R&D forpowertrain, safety, ADAS, HVAC, and emissions sensors . Drivesensor fusion(LIDAR, RADAR, GPS, AI-based perception). Expand range of existing sensors Expand the sensor engineering team Collaborate withOEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and R&D institutions . Overseesensor development, validation, environmental testingand certification Key Qualifications: B.E./M.E. in Electronics, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering . 10+ yearsinsensor development for automotive applications . Expertise inMEMS, Ultrasonic, Capacitive, Optical, and Pressure sensors . Knowledge ofCAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, and AI-driven sensor integration . Experience withvehicle validation, HIL/SIL testing, and EMI/EMC compliance . Key Sensors for Development: Powertrain & Emissions:DEF Level, NOx, Differential Pressure, Exhaust Temp.
