If you'd like to help us build a place where everyone can find and buy anything online in the region, this is your chance to make history.Role and ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Strategy – Investor Relations - Corporate Development Team, this role will focus on bringing rigor and depth in decision making and strategic planning for various short- and long-term periods.Following is the key results area for this role- Strategy - Working with Portfolio Management and Strategic Planning leads on activities ranging from preparation of investor communication material, business review documents and strategic planning models - Strategy - Create and maintain financial and non-financial data models for the team, with full ownership from the data layer to the presentation layer - Strategy - Catalyze policy and decision making by presenting data-driven and insightful PoVs on various strategic subjects - Investor Relations – Preparation of quarterly discussion materials for the board and its subcommittees, covering areas from business update, strategy and plan approvals, transaction approvals and other matters for board discussion. - Investor Relations – Maintaining monthly reporting cadence with the investor’s portfolio team on key KPIs and P&Ls to be shared on regular basis. Acting as a single point of response for ad hoc requests from investors. - Corporate Development – Leading corporate development activities including building investment cases, participating in due diligence processes, and liaising with third parties involved in the transaction.Prerequisites- Exposure to Ecommerce Industry - Exposure to Analytics, especially hands on with SQL and other analytical tools - Exposure to roles in Investment Banking, Investor Relations, Planning, Management Reporting, Corporate Strategy, or Management ConsultingWho will excel?The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
