To know more about Lowe's India, visitAbout the TeamThe Compute Platform team delivers key platforms, tools and infrastructure as a service to developers in Lowes with the vision of improving developer productivity.Job Summary: The Product Manager in the Compute platform works with peers and leadership to drive outcomes to the Product's vision and strategy. The product manager will use insights driving by continuous discovery to drive outcomes, define the roadmap, and feature definition for large, cross-functional developer tools like our internal CI/CD tools, Job orchestration & Automation, K8S managed platform & other internal product & platforms. Based on your expertise you will start with a subset of these products.These are technical products thus the individual is expected to have technical proficiency. Understanding how apps are built, tested and run is important.Roles & Responsibilities:Core Responsibilities: Continuous Discovery & Interviews - Have a constant dialog with consumers and other stake holders to define the roadmaps for products managed. Result Driven - Plan, scope & deliver features while driving impact on key objectives and helping the teams solve roadblocks Collaborative: Work with sister product and engineering teams to build and prioritize a cohesive product suite while focusing on developer experience and productivity Lead products from inception to maturity and if required transformation to other products Run Programs if and when Products are playing catchupYears of Experience: 2 years of experience in product management or other leadership roles Required Minimum Qualifications : BE/MBA or a similar advanced degree. A CS degree is a bonus.Skill Set RequiredPrimary Skills (must have) - Communication & Storytelling – Must be able to articulate what & why of the features bring built.
