Should have strong expertise in guiding, mentoring and reviewing the work of the design team, particularly in the areas of graphics, Illustrations and videos for digital platforms. The candidate should have a solid understanding of social media creative design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentorship and team development. Experience working with US-based product companies, especially in the B2C space is an added advantage.Skill Requirements:- 4-8 years of experience in creatives, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across social media, digital campaigns, branding, and video assets. - Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and a keen interest in exploring AI-powered design tools. - Excellent knowledge of social media trends and formats (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc..,) and how to design content tailored to each platform. - Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts and ideas clearly. - Prior experience working with US-based B2C product companies is a significant advantage. - Proven ability to mentor, train, and guide junior designers fostering creativity, accountability, and design thinking within the team. - Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to balance multiple projects.Roles & Responsibilities:- Design high-quality graphics and engaging short-form videos for websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, and social media channels. - Work closely with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing creatives for performance marketing and brand storytelling. - Ensure design consistency across all platforms in line with brand guidelines. - Actively mentor junior designers by offering constructive feedback, fostering a culture of creative exploration, and guiding them in enhancing their design skills and confidence. - Continuously stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies including leveraging AI to streamline design workflows.Technical Leadership:- Set creative standards and promote design best practices across the team. - Evaluate and integrate AI-based tools to enhance design productivity and creativity. - Participate in creative brainstorming, reviews, and strategy discussions with stakeholders.Collaboration:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development to translate concepts into effective visual stories. - Take ownership of end-to-end design delivery, from concept to execution. - Support in building a design-driven culture within the organization.Problem Solving:- Apply critical thinking to translate marketing goals and user needs into meaningful design solutions. - Innovate on formats and content types to keep visual communications fresh, engaging, and relevant. - Quickly adapt to feedback and iterate rapidly while maintaining high-quality output.Job Title: Social Media Creative LeadExperience: 4 to 8 yearsEducational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related design field
