You will handle full-cycle recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and contribute to HR operations and strategies to support the overall growth of the company.Key Responsibilities: Recruitment : Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical (software engineers, developers, etc.) and non-technical (marketing, sales, administration, etc.) roles. Sourcing : Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Screening & Interviewing : Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, technical expertise, and cultural fit. Onboarding : Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company. Employee Relations : Assist in managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive work environment. HR Operations : Support HR policies, compensation planning, benefits administration, and compliance. Training & Development : Identify training needs and assist in implementing programs to improve employee skills and performance. Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, employee data, and other HR-related documentation.Requirements: Minimum of2 years of experiencein IT recruitment (both technical and non-technical roles). Prior experience working in theIT sector , preferably within an EdTech company or a similar fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools for both technical and non-technical hiring. Strong understanding of HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of Surat’s job market and networking channels is an advantage.
