Job Title: Marketing AssociateJob Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies that increase property visibility, attract potential buyers/renters, and enhance the company's brand presence across digital and traditional channels.Key Responsibilities:* Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for property listings and company branding.* Create, edit, and manage content for websites, email newsletters, brochures, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).* Coordinate with real estate agents and photographers to gather content (images, videos, property details) for marketing materials.* Maintain and update property listings on websites and third-party platforms* Support event planning for open houses, client appreciation events, and promotional activities.* Track marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports on metrics like website traffic, lead conversions, and ad performance.* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.* Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms and materials.Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.* 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.* Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media scheduling tools.* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva is a plus.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Highly organized with excellent time management skills.* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:* Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.* Experience with video marketing or real estate videography.* Familiarity with local market trends and real estate terminology.Experience: Minimum 3 years required and if from similar domain that would be beneficialLanguage: English, HindiInterested Candidates can contact on my DM or mail your resume at hr@Note: Share this post with your friends as well who are needed!!
