The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Daily tasks involve developing HR policies, managing onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and resolving workplace issues. Additionally, the HR Manager will work closely with the management team to align HR practices with organizational goals.Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop HR policies and manage onboarding processes Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is a must HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
