EXP – 8 to 13 years Location: Mysore(preferred) or Bangalore Medical Imaging Domain Expert Keywords: Medical imaging, computer vision, image processing, industry alliance Exposure to Medical Imaging - Modalities, Image data, Image processing & end user workflows etc. will be added advantage.Education: professors / master's preferred candidates from Universities like Manipal, Amrita etcThe Person will be responsible for developing & leading the Partnerships & Alliances with external partners for the Imaging CoE within Medical Devices & Life Sciences (MDLS) business. The position will be required to interface with multiple stakeholders within L&T Technology Services (LTTS) located at multiple sites to understand the existing strengths and gaps of our customer propositions to identify, build & maintain relationships with external partners in appropriate Areas to synergize the offerings that will bring immense value to customer and will be mutually beneficially to both (partner) companies.Duties and responsibilities• Monitor Industry & Technological trends in Healthcare Industry especially Digital Health space /Medical Imaging, Emerging eco-system of players and partnerships etc.• Develop Customer value propositions in co-ordination with relevant stakeholders (internal and external) and help validate them with beta customers / stakeholders in healthcare community• Comfortable in understanding, explaining, exploring 3rd party solutions for building integrated offerings• Identify and build partnership eco-system with Startups, OEM players, Hospitals/Providers, Academia etc. in emerging areas and areas that can bring higher value to customers or helps LTTS differentiates against competition.• Device Strategies to quickly develop solution / re-usable components / evolution of the existing solution/service offerings to meet customer needs by leveraging external partnerships• Responsible for communication of Program charter, milestones etc.• Responsible for building consensus on areas for improvement across teams.• Work with Identified partners and Sales team(s) in defining GTM strategies in taking the new /existing offerings to customers• Collaborate with senior management and marketing teams to align internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.• Participate in customer meetings and workshops to identify & position appropriate offerings and value proposition.• Track, measure and report the business impact of Alliance / Partnerships on Lead generation, conversion of deals, deal sizes etc. and associated performance of different partner teams to senior mgmt.
