LOOKING FOR MANAGER LAND ACQUISITION FOR RENEWABLE SECTOR - KARNATAKALocation land purchase / lease along with the pathways; including all legal and statutory compliances. Creating and implementing an effective land purchase strategy and protect sites from competitors. Obtain all applicable statutory permissions like railway crossing, NH / SH crossing, village panchayat NoCs, CRZ permissions, etc. in co-ordination with the state and central teams. Responsible for making required applications at State level for Requisite Approvals/ Permissions to achieve targeted Control / Creation. Obtaining No Objection Certificate (NoC) from Ministry of Defense (MoD), as applicable, in co-ordination with state and central teams. Ensure due diligence (through Legal) related to land-documentation etc. to mitigate risks and minimize litigation.Candidates who understand and speak Kannada will only be preferred.
