Sikich is seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills who can effectively lead teams, deliver projects on time, and drive project success in a challenging environment. Essential Job Duties: Manage multiple projects for different customers/same customer simultaneously. Develop Project Charter and Project Planning Experience and exposure to tools like SAP CORA and Microsoft Project Plan. Experience working with customers in regulated industries, such as Life Sciences. Monitor project progress, including schedule, efforts, and costs; develop and maintain project status reports; and proactively communicate with sponsors and relevant stakeholders Establish strong proactive communication with the stakeholders Effectively manage risks and issues. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Possesses over 15 years of industry experience, including more than 5 years as a Project Manager, ideally with PMP accreditation. Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with customers. Demonstrates strong project planning capabilities and excels in collaborating with teams and customers to ensure successful execution and completion Manage project budgets and ensure completion within budget constraints. Ability to provide accurate forecasts for managed projects.
