From agentic AI to hiring automation and intelligent process design, we empower organizations to make data-driven decisions.Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and articulate Business Development Intern to support our outreach and growth initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience across client research, outreach, sales enablement, and market strategy and also represent Factacy at key events and summits.Key Responsibilities- Draft and personalize outreach messages, pitches, and follow-ups - Help manage the CRM pipeline and track lead engagement - Assist in preparing sales proposals, decks, and internal briefs - Support go-to-market efforts, including partnerships and campaigns - Attend business events, expos, and client meetings (travel required) - Capture event insights and follow up with leads post-eventQualifications- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Business, Marketing, or similar) - Excellent communication skills (verbal + written) - Strong interest in AI, enterprise tech, and innovation - Proficient in LinkedIn, Excel/Sheets and basic CRM tools - Willingness to travel for business events and field activities - Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountabilityWhat You’ll Gain- Direct mentorship from leadership and exposure to enterprise sales cycles - Hands-on experience with real client engagements and live use cases - Event exposure across India’s top startup and tech summits - Internship certificate + Letter of Recommendation - PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) opportunity based on performance
