This is an Individual Contributor role reporting into the Head of Technical Operations.The responsibilities:- 5+ years of experience leading and coordinating Application Support teams of 10-15 me - mbers10+ years of experience on Card Management Systems(Issuing, Acquiring) along with the associated applications/interfaces such as HSM, API Gateway, Web services, core banking system interface - Good functional knowledge of Card Issuing(credit, debit, prepaid) and Acquiring - Ability to analyse, diagnose and fix incidents and problems in a production environment - Ability to critically review any changes being done to a production - setup Ability to minimize manual operational work and replace with the right automation solutionWhat matters in this role- Deep hands-on experience in the areas: C/Pro C on Unix, Java, PL SQL, Shell - Scripting Online transaction processing and ISO 8583Excellent understanding of the end to end Cards and Merchant lifecycles in a Cards Issuing and Acquiring setup - Very good knowledge of international card schemes such as Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, JCB and the associated scheme clearing and settlement - Required to analyse any production incident and provide a temporary resolution and a permanent fix in a complex IT environment - Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the application support team, including incident responses, fix development and testing, supporting customer integrations, maintaining support rosters - Attend critical customer calls on customer incidents. - Participate in periodic disaster recovery exercises - Good knowledge of application deployment and operations in a cloud environment (preferably - on AWS)Good to have: knowledge of deploying AI solutions to improve the overall technical operations - Good to have: knowledge of information security standards such as PCI DSS - Ability to lead and motivate a team functioning in a high growth environment - Ability to take accountability and execute initiatives at high speed.What we value in our people:- You take the Shot: You decide fast and deliver right. - You are the CEO of what you do: You show ownership and make things happen. - You own tomorrow: You build solutions for the merchants and do the right thing. - You sign your work like an artist: You seek to learn and take pride in the work you do. - You are the Sherpa: You take people along and act in the interest of Pine Labs - You care with tough love: You empower others and help people grow.
