Reporting to theManager , this full-time and permanent position is based inVistra International Expansion (India) Private Limited, Indore, Indiaand offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our GSC operations department and its’ growth.Key responsibilities:Process adherence to ensure payment will be processed timely and accurately. Ensuring daily plans are discussed, shared and adhered to by the team. Adhere to delivery of the service request SLA of 100% . Timely and accurate compilation of required trackers/dashboard. Data Protection Act and Client confidentiality is adhered and maintained. Makes sure that the team is periodically up skilled on processes to enhance efficiency of deliveries. Understand and actively recommends improvements to the existing processes to enhance efficiencies. Actively manage team in absence of line manager and ensure quality and quantity of processing is intact. To support in migration of process from other location to India. Timely escalation of issues to leader / Senior.Key requirements:Fluency in written and spoken English. Good Presentation skills & Customer Focus. Microsoft office, specifically Word and advance Excel. Self-driven and highly motivated individual, able to work independently. Solution oriented with strong analytical skills. Understand the Banking procedure and Bank Portal awareness. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Positive, flexible personality, easy to adapt to changes, willing to undertake new tasks, and overall contribute to the legal team. Strong team player. Payment processing experience and experience in SSC / BPO will be added advantage. The incumbent should be Graduate with 2-5 years of total experience preferably in the Banking industry or payment processing.
