We are seeking an experienced and dynamicSales Managerto lead business development efforts for our Testing & Analytical services across India, with a base inKolkata . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record insales of food, pharmaceutical, or environmental testing services , and will play a critical role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong client relationships in the testing and analytical sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets inFood, Pharma, and Environment Testing Servicesacross India. Manage and grow existing client accounts, while aggressively pursuing new leads and business opportunities. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Liaise with internal technical teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and met. Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and industry events to promote services and network with potential clients. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Coordinate with the Kolkata-based support team for smooth service delivery. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experiencein sales/business development in theTesting, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry , particularly inFood, Pharmaceutical, or Environmental sectors . Bachelor's degree in Science, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields (MBA preferred). In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards related to food safety, pharmaceutical analysis, or environmental monitoring. Strong client relationship management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
