Ltd. | Nagpur, Maharashtra Location:Nagpur, Maharashtra Industry:Manufacturing & Engineering Experience:3+ years Qualification:B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalentAre you a detail-oriented professional with expertise in CNC/VMC operations and a passion for process excellence? Ltd., where innovation meets precision manufacturing.Key Responsibilities: ✅ Achieve daily and monthly production targets by efficiently utilizing manpower, machines, and materials ✅ Reduce rejection rates and improve part quality through continuous improvement initiatives ✅ Enhance and sustain Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) ✅ Maintain high standards in quality control and production documentation ✅ Implement 5S principles to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We’re Looking For: ✔ Strong technical knowledge of CNC/VMC machine setting and programming ✔ Understanding of machining processes, tool selection, and material usage ✔ Hands-on experience in developing fixtures and working with new parts ✔ Familiarity with automation systems and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) ✔ Ability to troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes ✔ Good analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving ✔ Experience with quality management systems and record-keeping Technical Skills: CNC/VMC Programming & Setup Process Optimization & Troubleshooting Quality Assurance & Documentation Fixture & Tool Development SPC (Statistical Process Control) GD&T Interpretation Basic Knowledge of Automation in Manufacturing Why Join Us?
