Role Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Social Listening Junior Executive to support our public sector client in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting social media sentiment and online conversations. This role is crucial in ensuring the client has timely insights into public opinion, emerging trends, and digital reputation.Key Responsibilities: Monitor multiple social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, news portals, etc.) and online forums for mentions related to the public sector project. Identify and report trending topics, key concerns, and emerging issues in real-time. Categorize sentiment (positive, negative, neutral) and tag conversations for deeper analysis. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing insights, sentiment trends, and volume analysis. Flag critical or sensitive mentions to the supervisor immediately. Collaborate with the communication and strategy team to refine keyword lists and monitoring parameters. Support crisis monitoring and provide data-backed recommendations. Maintain dashboards and ensure clean, accurate, and up-to-date data entry. Assist in refining the listening strategy based on feedback and evolving project needs.Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or any related field. 0.5 to 2 years of experience in social listening, digital monitoring, or media analysis. Familiarity with social listening tools such as Konnect Insight, Meltwate or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data. Good understanding of social media platforms and digital trends. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Gujarati is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
