Hunt down performance bottlenecks, own incidents, and drive lasting fixes.Must-Have Qualifications3–5 yearsof professional software-engineering experience with production systems. Advanced proficiency inTypeScriptorPython(expert in one, conversational in the other). Strongfrontend fundamentals —semantic HTML, modern CSS, performance tuning, accessibility. Proven delivery withReact, Next.js,or a comparable modern JavaScript framework. Demonstratedproblem-solving chops : break down fuzzy requirements into clear, actionable work. Clear, concisecommunicationskills for cross-functional collaboration. Highownership mindset —you take responsibility from concept to production and beyond. On-siterole: must live within a commutable distance of Gandhinagar, Gujarat.Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)Modernstate-managementexpertise (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, TanStack Query, etc.). Dockerfluency and cloud deployment experience onAWS, GCP, or Azure . Habitual use ofautomated testingframeworks—Jest/React Testing Library and Cypress/Playwright. Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines(GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and basic observability tools (Sentry, Prometheus, Grafana).
