Position- Executive/Assistant Manager Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Management Executive to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of client visits that enhance brand visibility, engage stakeholders, and foster a strong organizational culture. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing both in-person and virtual events, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of corporate protocol and brand alignmentKey Responsibilities:Client Visit Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute end-to-end client visit strategies aligned with business goals and brand values. Partner with internal teams (HR, marketing, leadership, Operations) to define objectives, target audience, messaging, and client visit requirements.Execution & Vendor ManagementLead all aspects of event execution—room sourcing, budgeting, logistics, catering, AV, and tech setup. Negotiate with and manage external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.Events PortfolioManage a variety of events including: Team Offsites, Client Visit Team Engagement Programs Road Shows CSR InitiativesCommunication & BrandingDevelop communication collateral—client visit/event invites, presentations, post-event reports, etc. Ensure every visit reflects the brand’s tone, voice, and visual identity.Budgeting & ROI AnalysisPrepare and manage event budgets, ensuring optimal cost management and ROI analysis post-event.Compliance & Risk MitigationEnsure all client visit meet Teleperformance compliance, health and safety, and legal guidelines.Qualifications:Excellent Communication Skill is non negotiable Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field will be preferred ( For External Hiring) Graduation is mandatory ( IJP) 6 Months–1 year of experience in managing corporate events (For External Hiring) Strong project management and multitasking skills is preferred Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Preferred Attributes:A flair for storytelling through experiences Creative problem-solving mindset Cool-headed under pressure and deadlines High attention to detail and a polished, client-facing demeanor Experience with Client Visits and virtual events is a plusSuccess in This Role Looks Like:Executing seamless, client visits with measurable business impact Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors Elevating the company’s reputation through memorable and meaningful experiences
