Position Details: Designation: Executive – Talent Acquisition Business Unit: India Formulation Function: Human Resources Location: Andheri, MumbaiRole Overview: Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end-to-end sales hiring across India. The role will focus on high-volume recruitment, ensuring a seamless hiring process while leveraging DarwinBox for efficient talent acquisition.Overall Job Responsibilities: 1. End-to-End Sales Recruitment (Pan India) Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales teams (Pharma Field Force, First-line Leaders, and Regional Sales Managers). Partner with Sales Leadership & HRBPs to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and competency frameworks. Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for hiring to meet business demands.2. Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Utilize DarwinBox (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Portals (Naukri, Monster), Referrals, and Headhunting to source top sales talent. Build a strong talent pool of active/passive candidates for pharma sales roles. Conduct candidate screening, assessments, and competency-based interviews.3. Stakeholder & Process Management Work closely with Regional Sales Heads & Zonal Managers to align on hiring expectations. Ensure a smooth interview process (F2F, telephonic, or virtual) with hiring managers. Drive offer negotiation, background verification (BGV), and onboarding in DarwinBox.4. Data-Driven Recruitment & Compliance Maintain real-time recruitment dashboards in DarwinBox for tracking time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates. Ensure 100% compliance with Glenmark’s hiring policies and pharma industry standards.5. Digital Onboarding (System-Driven) Own the onboarding process in DarwinBox, ensuring a paperless, candidate-friendly experience: Trigger pre-onboarding workflows (offer acceptance, document uploads, BGV). Coordinate with IT/L&D for system access, e-learning, and training schedules. Monitor onboarding completion rates and address bottlenecks. Ensure new hires receive digital welcome kits (policy handbooks, team introductions).Educational Qualification:MBA/Postgraduate degreeExperience:3-6 years in high-volume sales recruitment (Pharma/Healthcare/FMCG preferred).Knowledge and Skills: Must-Have Skills: Expertise in sourcing sales talent (Field Force, MRs, ASMs, RSMs). Hands-on experience with DarwinBox (ATS) or similar HRMS tools. Strong interviewing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment. Preferred: Knowledge of pharma sales hiring trends and competitor mapping.
