We are looking for a dynamic and experienced After Sales Service Engineer to join our Machine Building Division (MBD). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Mechanical and Hydraulic Presses.Key Responsibilities:- Independently handle installation, commissioning, and servicing of hydraulic and mechanical presses at client sites. - Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, minimizing machine downtime through effective troubleshooting. - Diagnose faults across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC systems. - Coordinate effectively with customers and service teams for resolution of technical issues. - Supervise manpower during on-site installations and maintenance activities. - Ensure adherence to safety standards during all service operations. - Maintain service documentation, reports, and technical logs.Candidate Profile:- Experience: 8–12 years in the manufacturing or heavy machinery industry, preferably with exposure to presses (mechanical & hydraulic). - Education: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with consistent academic scores (minimum 60%).Technical Skills Required:- In-depth knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic press systems. - Experience in crane-assisted heavy equipment installation. - Familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.). - Understanding of power and motor control systems, including Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under field conditions. - Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
