Roles & Responsibilities:1️⃣ Business Development & Sales Growth✅ Identify and onboardstudy abroad agents, consultants, and education partnersin Kerala. ✅ Develop and executestrategic business plansto increase market penetration. ✅ Promote Uniexperts.io’suniversity partnerships, products, and servicesto agents and institutions. ✅ Generate and convert leads from new and existing agent networks.2️⃣ Agent & Partner Relationship Management✅ Build and maintainstrong relationshipswith education consultants, coaching centers, and student recruitment agencies. ✅ Conducttraining sessions, webinars, and workshopsfor partners to enhance engagement. ✅ Ensurehigh agent retention and satisfactionthrough regular support and communication.3️⃣ Market Research & Expansion✅ Stay updated onindustry trends, student mobility patterns, and competitive landscape . ✅ Identifykey growth opportunitiesin Kerala for business expansion. ✅ Providemarket insights and reportsto the management team.4️⃣ Collaboration & Target Achievement✅ Work closely with thesales, marketing, and processing teamsto ensure smooth operations. ✅ Achievemonthly and quarterly sales targetsand contribute to company growth. ✅ Represent Uniexperts.io ateducation fairs, events, and networking sessionsin Kerala. What We’re Looking For:Minimum 3 years of experienceinBusiness Developmentwithin theOverseas Education industry. Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory(English & Hindi are an added advantage). Strongnetwork of agents and education consultantsin Kerala. Excellentnegotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability totravel within Keralafor meetings and agent visits.
