This is a full-time leadership role offering equity ownership, with the flexibility to collaborate remotely. As a Co-Founder, you will partner in shaping the company’s future and deliver unparalleled client value.Responsibilities :Lead B2B business development to acquire high-value clients and expand global market presence. Oversee service delivery and operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. Drive strategic growth initiatives, integrating AI and high-end tech solutions to innovate outsourcing. Invest capital to support scaling efforts and share in the company’s success through equity.Qualifications :8+ years of experience in BPO, with expertise in business development, service delivery, client acquisition, and industry culture. Prior client-facing experience (e.g., client relationship management) is a strong advantage. Proficiency in at least one of: high-end tech solution development, B2B business development, client service delivery, or operations management. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a proven track record of scaling businesses. Willingness to invest financially in a high-growth venture (investment details provided upon application). Based in Europe, the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Gulf^hildren’s Court, Gulf countries (e.g., Dubai), or India, with a global mindset.
