Job Title: PowerPoint Expert / Presentation Specialist Location: Faridabad Experience Level: 5+ YearsJob Summary We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented PowerPoint Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, formatting, and producing compelling PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate key messages and engage diverse audiences. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to transform complex content into visually appealing, easy-to-understand presentations.Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences. Transform raw data, concepts, and complex information into clear, visually engaging slides. Create custom templates, infographics, charts, diagrams, and animations that align with brand guidelines. Collaborate with marketing, sales, leadership, and subject matter experts to understand content and messaging requirements. Ensure consistency of fonts, colors, layouts, and branding throughout all materials. Adapt presentations for different formats (e.g., pitch decks, webinars, conferences, board meetings). Manage multiple presentation projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality. Stay up-to-date with design trends, software enhancements, and best practices in presentation design.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience (5+ years) in designing professional PowerPoint presentations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including Master Slides, animations, and transitions. Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus. Excellent visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
