Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback Coordinate with internal teams for smooth resolution of issues Actively contribute to a positive and supportive office cultureWhat We're Looking For Fluent inEnglish & Hindi Strong and confidentverbal & written communication basic knowledge of financial and stock market Excellent interpersonal and listening skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft office , google sheets ,CRM platforms . Disciplined, smart, hardworking , andeager to learn Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities responsibly Minimum education: Graduate (any stream). Freshers are welcome.
