Job Description We’re looking for a Product Marketer who can own a GTM vertical end-to-end—from positioning and messaging to sales enablement and revenue-driven campaigns. If you thrive in an enterprise SaaS environment and can turn insights into high-impact marketing initiatives, this role is for you.Roles and Responsibilities Shape Facilio’s Competitive Positioning Analyze the competitive landscape to differentiate Facilio across inbound, outbound, and website channels. Develop compelling messaging that positions Facilio as the best-fit solution for enterprise clients.Enable Sales & Drive Pipeline Growth Equip SDRs/BDRs and AEs with sales decks, one-pagers, playbooks, and persona-based messaging frameworks that accelerate conversions. Develop and execute sales training programs—including live enablement sessions and self-serve content.Craft Industry-Specific Narratives Develop targeted messaging and content for key industries and use cases to drive resonance. Partner with demand generation teams to create revenue-driven marketing campaigns.Own Competitive Intelligence & GTM Strategy Stay ahead of the market with deep competitive analysis and intelligence gathering. Translate insights into positioning strategies that give Facilio an edge.Drive Thought Leadership & Content Strategy Create compelling enterprise-grade content—case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and more. Lead Facilio’s evangelism efforts through workshops, videos, and high-impact storytelling.Desired Candidate Profile 4-5 years in B2B SaaS product marketing. Ability to own and execute key deliverables—competitive battle cards, sales kits, sales decks, objection-handling guides, and training programs. Proven track record of launching GTM campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. Experience training SDRs, BDRs, and AEs with structured enablement programs. Data-driven mindset with a focus on funnel impact, win rates, and deal acceleration. Ability to lead early-stage PMM initiatives and navigate competitive landscapes.
